Cybernetics is illegal in all 50 U.S. states. The human use of human beings is illegal. The use of neuroscience to cause affect to a person's brain without consent is illegal. Ritual abuse and mind control is illegal in all 50 U.S. states. We need justice to bring these felons to a court of law to be prosecuted for "this type of slavery, in the human use of human beings."
