Dan Sherman, in his book "Above Black" talks about his experiences while working for three years on Project Preserve Destiny. From sergeant in the USAF, to NSA. Dan Sherman went into the United States Air Force like most other Americans, extremely proud to serve his country and it's well trained military. During his twelve years in service he was recognised for heroism and has been decorated with the AF Commendation Medal, as well as the AF Achievement Medal with two oak leaf clusters and was honoured for service in the Persian Gulf War. Everything appeared to be going well for Sergeant Sherman until he was recruited into a special programme called 'Project Preserve Destiny' (PPD), an ABOVE BLACK project which would eventually change his life and result in him leaving the USAF. Sergeant Sherman began his training for (PPD) at the National Security Agency (NSA) whilst at the same time training for a career in ELINT, a highly sensitive, mostly "Above Top Secret" project. The ELINT training , although a genuine programme, was to act as a cover for his participation in "Project Preserve Destiny". Arriving at the NSA he was told the following startling news by an Air Force Captain. "To put it bluntly, Sergeant Sherman, in the summer of 1960 your mother was visited by what the world commonly refers to as aliens. Random tests were being conducted on the general populace at the time to determine compatibility." The infamous NASA Blue Beam Project has four different steps in order to implement the new age religion with the antichrist at its head. The Montauk Project finally came to end on August 12, 1983. On this date, a time portal was opened connecting Montauk Base with the USS Eldridge of 40 years ago, during the original Philadelphia Experiment. While this portal was being opened and maintained, several members of the project, who had become increasingly uncomfortable with the aims and designs of the project heads (and with the effect warping time and space might have on the world around them) decided to bring the project to a crashing halt. A code phrase was whispered to Duncan, at which point he released a monster from his subconscious. This creature, or the "Beast From The Id," materialized as a large hairy monster, smashed its way about the base, and proceeded to destroy and eat everything it could find. After smashing up and cutting apart enough equipment, the transmitter powered down and the Beast mercifully faded away. The three most obvious powers that can be derived from this phase of the project are: Clairsentience, Extra Dimensional Movement, and Mind Control. Other possible powers include Dispel, Summon, Telepathy, Telekinesis, and Transform. Some powers, such as summoning objects "from the ether" are subject to GM's call as to what best fits his universe. No matter which powers are examined for use in a game setting, it’s obvious all of them require the Montauk Chair as a Focus. Project Blue Beam claims that NASA is attempting to implement a New Age religion with the Antichrist at its head and start a New World Order, via a technologically-simulated Second Coming. This information was leaked in 1994, by Canadian journalist Serge Monast, and later published in his book Project Blue Beam (NASA).Without a universal belief in the new age religion, the success of the new world order will be impossible! Existing display technology such as 3D projection mapping and holograms are put forward as foreshadowing the great light show in the sky. This stage will apparently be accomplished with the aid of a Soviet computer that will be fed "with the minute physio-psychological particulars based on their studies of the anatomy and electro-mechanical composition of the human body, and the studies of the electrical, chemical and biological properties of the human brain", and every human has been allocated a unique radio wavelength. The computers are also capable of inducing suicidal thoughts. The second part of Step Two happens when the holograms result in the dissolution of social and religious order, "setting loose millions of programmed religious fanatics through demonic possession on a scale never witnessed before." Step Three is "Telepathic Electronic Two-Way Communication." It involves making people think their god is speaking to them through telepathy, projected into the head of each person individually using extreme low frequency radio waves. Step Four has three parts: Making humanity think an alien invasion is about to occur at every major city; Making the Christians think the Rapture is about to happen; A mixture of electronic and supernatural forces, allowing the supernatural forces to travel through fiber optics, coax, power and telephone lines to penetrate all electronic equipment and appliances, that will by then all have a special microchip installed. This means any character designed around this power concept and special effects has to deal with an Immobile IAF foci, which is the chair itself. Fortunately, most of the powers described are Mental Powers, meaning they have no maximum range and if used in conjunction with Mind Scanning can hit anyone the character can detect.
