People who use condescending, undermining, and soothing tones of voices are normally severely mentally ill and defective human beings that are not capable of using their brains for creative, original or new ideas, and they have sadly fallen to only know how to either (1); follow instructions, (2); read and regurgitate information while never knowing how to add an original idea or opinion to any learnt information, (3); While these people are doing (1) and (2) they are also stepping on the toes of their fellows in the name of greed and in many cases, as we have seen in more recent years, incurring a total financial loss after doing (1) and (2).

The Future of Eugenics. Eugenics, although based on the science of genetics, is not itself a sciences, for it must above all concern itself with social values, with the question: Whither mankind? Perhaps general Agreement could be had that freedom from gross physical or mental defects and the the freedom from gross physical or mental defects and the possession of sound health, high intelligence, general adaptability, and mobility of sprier are the major goals toward which eugenics should aim; perhaps even that diversity of nature is better than uniformity of type. It seems very doubtful. Only the experiment of putting them from earliest infancy in to an optimum environment could possible yield and answer. It is easier to define the essentials of a optimum environment--not forgetting that it need not be the same for everyone--than to modify gene frequencies by wise selection. Once mankind has produced an approximation of that optimum environment, the eugenic task will be simpler. 29 police departments have been found guilty of using a suite case sized computer called a “Stingray.” It costs around $400,000 and it tricks all ingoing and outgoing cell phone data, such as text messages, phone conversations, and web browser “cookie” data into being not only routed to the proper (i.e. AT&T or Verizon) tower, but also to being illegally routed to a “dummy” tower controlled and monitored by this suite case sized computer, called a Stingray.
