The world is not overpopulated according to the global elite, such as Bill Gates making statements referencing a need to depopulate the world due to the lack of world resources required to sustain future human population numbers, when someone could get the bright idea to start a "grass roots" movement constructing hundreds or thousands of newly created U.S. cities within all fifty U.S.A. states where areas of land are not developed for government, private, or commercial use.
The newly created U.S. cities would be designed as "smart cities," not consuming anything above 10 percent resources to that of a non-smart city total consumption of world resources per year, with smart city and non-smart city having like human populations.
Each smart-city would be planned and developed with all areas having the highest level of technology integrated into its standardized layout always having the latest computerized devices used for "short-range air transportation,” banking and commerce, education, fire protection and public safety, parks and recreation, and for motor vehicle thoroughfare for everyone to benefit from, and also to use.
These smart cites would certainly begin to drastically reduce the population of non-smart cities such as Houston or Los Angeles, since attractiveness of living in a smart city would draw thousands of migrants from non-smart cites, giving smart cities healthy human population numbers and non-smart cities healthy human population numbers.
