For years the federal government has sought to remotely control human behavior. Starting with the CIA projects MKULTRA and MKSEARCH in the 1950s, the American public has been unwitting guinea pigs in a multitude of non-consensually performed experiments that have continued into the 21st century. U.S. non-consensual experimentation and the various technologies of control have led to our current surveillance state.

The recent revelations regarding the extent of NSA eavesdropping is only the tip of the iceberg. We are currently in an information war and a mind war, where our privacy and autonomy as human beings are at stake. Over the coming years, terms like "remote neural monitoring," "brain-mapping," and "electronic harassment" will become household words with a government having a dismal track record of experimenting on a countless number of un-willing participants proven by physician, John Hall, M.D. verified by his book he wrote with title, "Guinea Pigs, Technologies of Control".

*The FBI, Homeland Security, and believe it or not, the local Sheriff’s department, unified and in league with the Feds--target individuals with RF Directed Energy attack to justify their paychecks and create business where there is none with target list has no basis for persons with criminal history or criminal intent continues to get larger and larger designed to cover 90 percent of all people on the planet*1 (with enough increase in time) including handlers, peace officers, and controllers in charge of the misuse and abuse of human beings under organized attack by these criminals conducting monstrous horrific crimes against humanity.
